Boutsen Aviation approached us to help improve their marketing and communications strategy, as well as increase their digital presence. A niche and technically specific industry, the private aviation sector was known for being standard and straightforward, and we looked to challenge the status quo.

We began by creating social media accounts and developing a content strategy that focused on unique, colloquial language that was never-before-seen in the industry. This was complemented by targeted campaigns promoting specific jets, and the creation of a news blog “The Expert’s Corner” to improve SEO. To increase brand awareness within the local Monaco market, and to link Thierry Boutsen’s connection to the Grand Prix Formula 1, we created an outdoor and print campaign that ran on the streets of the Principality over several seasons.

Boutsen Aviation now has an active and effective presence on social media channels, using them to drive website traffic and new leads for jet sales. In the first 6 months of creating the new accounts and integrating the new content approach, engagement rate doubled, as well as enhanced customer inquiries, PDF downloads and contact form applications. Clients commented and complimented on the new voice and brand tone, making Boutsen Aviation stand out amongst competitors.
